  Andrew co-founded Avenir in 2017. Before founding Avenir, Andrew worked at Shumway Capital, L Catterton and Peter J Solomon Company. As a Robertson Scholar, he received a Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. from the Honors Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  Jamie co-founded Avenir in 2017. Before founding Avenir, Jamie spent time at Explorador Capital Management and in business affairs at Augusta National Golf Club. During the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign, he served as special assistant and personal aide to Senator John McCain. Jamie received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Before joining Avenir, he worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Consumer and Healthcare groups; at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors group; and at Jeffries in the Restructuring group. Paul received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Chris is a certified public accountant.
